Antrim and Armagh pubs up for grabs

By Staff Reporter

Two pubs with accommodation have gone on the market, one in Armagh and the other in Co Antrim.

Trainor's Bar in Thomas Street in the city of Armagh is described as a "prime public house".

It also has accommodation over two floors, and the pub itself has a kitchen and smoking area.

Selling agents Whelan said it was "an excellent business opportunity following recent refurbishment". Whelan is also selling Wayside Inn on Newmill Road in Ballyclare, which has "potential for residential development". It includes a four-bedroom house.
