Bangor company scores with finger-flicking apps
A finger-flicking football game developed by a Co Down gaming company has been classed among the most popular apps.
Spotflick, a penalty shoot-out game created in Bangor, was number five in the top five apps by the News of the World newspaper’s gaming section.
Tim Bryans, the managing director of Spotflick, said he was delighted. “I beat numerous big titles such as EA Sports FIFA 2010 and am rubbing shoulders with massive multi-million dollar gaming companies such as RockStar Games and Rovio.
“Not bad for a little start up company based in Bangor.”
