The first (almost) full week of trading of the new year on the London Stock Exchange got off to a positive start with the FTSE 350 index of leading companies up by over 1.3% as investors celebrated the beginning of another year.
Belfast High School has stormed back to the top of the table with a 4% increase over the week with last week's leaders St Mark's High School, Warrenpoint slipping down to fourth.
Malone College find themselves back up to second after a good week's performance, just edging out Bangor Academy into third.
The top positions are currently changing on a weekly basis so in reality any team could yet gain top spot when the competition comes to a close.
The competition still has five weeks to run and the end of January will provide the teams with a final opportunity to make changes to the composition of their investment portfolios.
Overall, the FTSE 350 index has increased by 2.5% since the competition got underway back in mid-October.
