Belfast's bar and restaurant staff get night off for charity
Northern Ireland's hospitality industry downed tools earlier this month for a BBQ organised by leading trade publication Hospitality Review to raise money for Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke.
The Hudson Bar on Belfast's Gresham Street threw open its doors as 200 chefs, waiters and bar tenders from across the province took over the city centre venue, supported by industry suppliers.
Nicola Daly, manager of Hospitality Review said: "The first Hospitality Review BBQ was a major success. It was great to see so many faces from right across the industry attend, especially compere for the evening James McGinn, general manager of the Europa."
