The company, which is based in Bedford Street, is working on Pinkalicious & Peterrific for US network PBS KIDS. Based on a series of books published by HarperCollins, it is designed to help children aged three to five with creative arts and expressing themselves.

Colin Williams, creative Director of Sixteen South, said: "We're thrilled to be co-producing and bringing Pinkalicious and Peterrific to life to children all across the US on PBS Kids."

The business has developed a range of kids' shows broadcast to international audiences, including Lily's Driftwood Bay - featuring the voices of Stephen Fry and Ardal O'Hanlon - Claude, WildWoods, Big and Small, Pajanimals, Big City Park and Sesame Tree.
