Clearpath in move to offer 'digital mortgages' to firms

A Belfast business which offers firms an alternative to bank finance has partnered with an online digital lender. Clearpath provides an alternative source of lending as a commercial finance broker, working with a number of major lenders across the UK.

It is now working with Atom Bank, which has just entered the Northern Ireland market, to offer 'digital mortgages' to customers and businesses, through Clearpath.

Conor Devine of Clearpath Finance said: "This is excellent news for the Northern Ireland economy.

"With Clearpath having a number of major lenders across the UK as partners, 'digital mortgages' by Atom Bank is offering something very different and very new to our local market.

Peter Torrens of Atom Bank said: "Having worked for many years in Northern Ireland banking sector it is exciting to see this refreshing and dynamic approach to lending from Atom Bank."
