Company has Irish soldiers all dressed up

A Co Tyrone firm is now dressing the Irish Army - after winning lucrative contracts.

Cooneen Watts and Stone of Fivemiletown is to supply service dress overcoats for Irish soldiers at a cost of £639,893 (€733,190) - well under the estimated £0.96m (€1.1m) value of the contract. Fourteen other companies competed for the contract. A major supplier of uniform clothing to the police and military globally, the company also won a contract to supply the Irish Army with camouflage uniforms.
