Top global law firm Allen -amp; Overy is advertising for 25 IT posts at its new Belfast office.
The 'Golden Circle' practice said the new department, based at the Obel Tower, will support more than 2,800 leading lawyers.
In February the company announced it was moving all of its core IT services from London to Northern Ireland, in what will be its third biggest office in the world.
Allen -amp; Overy has denied its new support services centre will be a "back office" or an outsourcing scheme and has said the vast majority of the anticipated 300 jobs will be drawn from the local workforce.
The company said it has "invested heavily" in the very best IT systems to serve an international network of 36 offices.
Gareth Ash, chief information officer at the firm, said it offers a "platinum" service.
"We have a reputation throughout the legal industry and beyond for the sophisticated, successful way that we enable the organisation to remain among the elite of global law firms," he said.
"I hope people working in IT in Belfast agree that the opportunities that provides are well worth a look."
Mr Ash said that there would be opportunities for staff in Belfast to work abroad.
