By Staff Reporter

The former headquarters of a Co Armagh engineering firm which went into administration earlier this year is now on the market for an undisclosed sum.

Unit 32 Annesborough Industrial Estate in Lurgan had been the home of Maurice Stevenson Ltd, which went into administration in January.

Now the firm's headquarters - a two-storey office property with a single-storey workshop at the back - have been put on the market on the instructions of the company's administrators.

There is also a tarmac car park at the front and an enclosed service concrete yard at the back.

According to the selling agents, the ground floor features an "impressive entrance foyer", a general administration office, reception office, managers office, canteen, two back offices, a server room and toilets.

Maurice Stevenson Ltd was in business for nearly 100 years and employed 100 people.

Its main business was installing heating and ventilation services and providing facilities management.
