A WEEK of free web seminars powered by eircom Northern Ireland in association with Belfast Telegraph online has been launched.
Virtual ICT Week's five seminars begin on Monday, November 29, and run at 12pm every day until Friday, December 3.
Darren Lemon, general manager of eircom Northern Ireland, said: "Virtual ICT Week will give chief executives, managing directors, chief information officers and financial directors the chance to find out how ICT can work better for their business and what positive impact it will have on their revenues and their cost base."
Seminar topics will include the virtual world today and tomorrow, how businesses can compete better, how businesses can export more and how they can save money.
Sam McIlveen, Belfast Telegraph digital publisher, said: "We are delighted to be partnering with eircom Northern Ireland on this project, which I believe is the first of its kind.
"Next week, on our online business pages, there will be more details on the daily web seminars, how to register and participate," he said.
"The beauty of these seminars are that you don't have to leave your office, it's all online and it will only take up to an hour of your time in any one day to watch the seminar and, if you so wish, engage in a question and answer session."
Companies including Cisco and Compuware will participate and share their experiences via Virtual ICT Week.
Further details of the Virtual ICT Week and how to register can be found on Belfast Telegraph online next week.
