Construction firm Gilbert-Ash is to use 300 workers building a 474-bedroom student accommodation block in Belfast.
The £37m student project at Great Patrick Street is being developed by Olympian Homes, with Gilbert-Ash's work worth £22m.
It's due to be ready in August next year, ahead of the opening of Ulster University's Belfast city centre campus.
Ray Hutchinson, managing director of Gilbert-Ash, said: "The built landscape in the centre of Belfast is going to see major changes in the coming years and we are excited to play our part in the development of this large scale student accommodation project.
"We anticipate that the project will support 300 construction jobs over the next year and a half."
The company, which employs nearly 200 people, is also building the new Marriott Hotel at Belfast's City Quays.
