Global developer is declared bankrupt
Irish developer Ray Grehan has been declared bankrupt, according to new documents.
One of his main businesses was Glenkerrin homes which included the Grange apartment complex in Dublin as well as a part share of Windsor House in Belfast but he also had investments across the globe. According to the UK Insolvency Service website, he was declared bankrupt on December 30 with an address in east London.
Nama is pursuing Mr Grehan for €312m (£257m).
