The Fitzwilliam Hotel Belfast, held its first Fridays at the Fitz event last week.

The glamorous event was partnered by Lisburn Road’s concept ladies boutique Please Don’t Tell which provided a £250 shopping spree for one lucky winner as part of a grand prize draw.

Guests were treated to bottles of Peroni courtesy of Richmond Marketing the drinks sponsors of the evening as well as cosmopolitan cocktails served in huge crystal glasses. Delectable canapés were also served including foie gras and chicken liver parfait, confit of duck rilette, Walters own smoked salmon on wheaten bread, crostini of tomato, garlic and herbs with balsamic and onion, goats cheese tartlets and a range of delicious deserts including a chocolate tart with morello cherries and mini tarte au citron with pink peppercorn meringues.

The event was also used to launch the Fitzwilliam Belfast’s regular Friday DJ set. Taking place from 6pm to 9pm every Friday evening the event promises to be the perfect setting for urban trendies to relax into the weekend while top-shelf DJs spin laid-back tunes.
