Internet oil company fuelled with £3m deal

A CO Antrim internet fuel company has signed an agreement worth over £3m with one of Europe’s biggest independent petroleum suppliers. in Newtownabbey said the deal with Mabanaft would bring major advantages, including supply guarantees and a basket of market pricing options for commercial buyers.

Managing director Donall O’Connor said: “Taken in conjunction with our unique web-based business operations, commercial customers can now benefit from different buying mechanisms for purchasing commercial fuel, including fixed future price, depending upon which is best for the demands and constraints of their industry.”

He added: “Typically, with credit terms being reduced throughout the fuel industry, our low cost model permits those commercial operators, who can pay more promptly, to take advantage of these flexible pricing options.

“This is an area of growing demand as Northern Ireland businesses focus on optimising overhead costs and the technology that we use permits us to adapt quickly to take advantage of these market opportunities.

“Our continuing research and development programme also ensures that we maintain this competitive advantage in the local fuel supply industry.”
