Jeweller Warren James comes to the Tower Centre

By Staff Reporter

Value jeweller Warren James is to open at Ballymena's Tower Centre - its sixth Northern Ireland store.

Torre Limited Partnership, owner of the Tower Centre, confirmed the jeweller will open this month, creating 10 jobs.

The company now has 215 branches, making it one of the largest jewellers in the UK.

It's taking a 1,100sq ft unit in the centre, which has been owned by Sam Morrison since last year.

Mr Morrison said: "This is exciting news for Ballymena that well-known jewellery retailer Warren James will be opening in the centre this spring.

"Last year we made a commitment to invest in the Tower Centre with a £10m capital expenditure project, which will reconfigure and improve the scheme."

Lambert Smith Hampton acted on behalf of the landlord in negotiating the letting.

Eamonn Murphy of Murphy Surveyors acted on behalf of Warren James.

Warren James opened its first store here in 2015.
