Logistics company creates 19 jobs

By Clare Weir

A logistics firm is creating almost 20 new jobs in Northern Ireland.

Mail and courier service DX will appoint 19 staff following the completion of a £120,000 investment at its Northern Ireland Service Centre.

The firm has been operating in Northern Ireland for more than 16 years, with its main headquarters located at Belfast International Airport.

The company currently employs 50 people, both directly and through subcontracts.

Adrian McGreevy, DX sales manager for Northern Ireland said that the investment at its Belfast depot demonstrates the ongoing commitment DX has to Northern Ireland.

The move will now enable DX to offer collections from local businesses for onward next day delivery to residential addresses across Northern Ireland and the UK.
