A mashed potato magnate and a forensic accounting expert have been announced as the two new visiting professors at the Ulster Business School.

Tracy Hamilton, co-founder and director of Mash Direct, and Ian McConnell, partner with PricewaterhouseCooper, are both alumni of Ulster Business School and will assume their voluntary roles for a four-year period.

The Ulster Business School has more than 30 visiting professors representing a wide range of industry expertise.

Ian McConnell is a member of the PwC national forensic services leadership team and has responsibility for the UK regions.

Professor Marie McHugh, Dean of the Ulster Business School, added: "Tracy and Ian are leaders and influencers. They will be excellent role models for our students in helping to reinforce classroom theory."
