Old dogs learning new tricks

The mid-life crisis has been replaced with a mid-life "makeover", with increasing numbers of older people learning new skills, according to a new report.

A survey of 2, adults by Experian Credit Expert showed most of those aged between 4 and 59 planned to learn a new skill, take up a new hobby or start an exercise regime. It found a third of older men questioned wanted a better work-life balance, compared with one in five women.
