Stena Line has completed a £5m refit of seven of its ships, with work carried out by the Harland & Wolff shipyard in Belfast.

The work on all seven of its Irish Sea ships was done over a four-month period.

The refit programme was the first time that all seven Stena Line vessels went into dry dock sequentially.

Paul Grant, Stena Line's trade director for Irish Sea North, said: "Our refit programme is a key aspect of our ship management operation to ensure that all our vessels operate as safely and efficiently as possible."
