Belfast chef and restaurateur Niall McKenna will take to the kitchens at Ulster University as a 'visiting professor'.

During his four-year tenure at Ulster University's Business School, the James Street South owner will teach students culinary and managerial skills and also help with the development of the curriculum.

Professor Una McMahon-Beattie, head of hospitality and tourism management at Ulster University said she felt Mr McKenna would make an "excellent role model" for her students.
