120 apprentice roles now open to applicants

Workplus, an organisation which promotes apprenticeships, has announced 120 apprenticeship opportunities with 28 employers.

Applications for the apprenticeships, which will be available at companies including Farrans, Translink, Atkins, Liberty IT, Jacobs and McAdam Design, are now open.

Richard Kirk, director of Workplus, said that apprenticeships appeal to students who want to earn and learn.

"Our apprentices get real jobs, with a starting salary between £13,500 to £19,000, as well as access to training and professional networks that will transform their lives.," he added.
