£17m, 900-vehicle car park opens at Belfast's City Quays
Belfast Harbour has opened a £17m car park at its City Quays development after supporting 100 jobs during construction.
The multi-storey, 900-space car park is aimed at tenants in Belfast Harbour's £275m City Quays development, as well as guests at the AC by Marriott Hotel.
Tenants at City Quays include UTV, law firm Baker McKenzie and tech firms Cayan and GolfNow.
The car park was designed by RPP Architects and built by contractors Felix O'Hare.
It is run by NCP and is the third car park in the city centre under the firm's control.
Graeme Johnston, Belfast Harbour property director, said: "Belfast Harbour has always known that providing high-quality parking facilities was essential for occupiers and for the ongoing development of City Quays.
"We're pleased that these new facilities are now open for business.

"We are sure that all of our tenants and visitors will benefit from this latest investment."
A blue-finned design on the side of the building is said to reflect the city's links with the River Lagan and its important maritime history.
