Agri-food sector can avail of funds
Financial support of up to £30,500 is now available for individuals and small businesses in the agri-food sector.
The agri-food co-operation scheme is operated by Countryside Services Ltd on behalf of the NI Rural Development Programme and the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA).
Applicants include The North Coast Tourism Initiative, which is aiming to use Quilly House near Limavady for 'culinary experiences' aimed at corporate groups.
Mandina Fulton from Countryside Services said: "The scheme offers a great opportunity for farmers and foodies to join together under a group umbrella to promote their new ideas and eliminate fragmentation in the supply chains."
