A Co Armagh embroidery firm is increasing production by nearly 70% after a six-figure investment.

C&G Embroidery, which was set up in 2007 by Gary Winter, has invested in new premises near Portadown with the support of Ulster Bank.

Mr Winter and his family, including wife Carol, have a long history of working in textiles. Their business carries out embroidery and printing for the hospitality and tourism industries, schools, sports clubs and other businesses across the UK and Ireland. It now employs eight operators and can produce 600 garments a day.
