Australian firm Dynamic Equipment opens manufacturing base in Tyrone

An Australian equipment company has set up a manufacturing facility in Co Tyrone.

Dynamic Equipment, led by Australian Daniel Ritchie, has created seven jobs at its new location in Dungannon.

The firm manufactures and installs equipment such as cone crushers, screens, feeders and washing equipment.

Co Tyrone is a notable centre for makers of heavy equipment.

Economic development agency Invest NI said it had advised the company on setting up in Northern Ireland and offered £49,000 of support towards the seven new jobs, three of which are in place.

Mr Ritchie said: "Choosing Northern Ireland was an easy choice for our business. We have been impressed with the high calibre of talent on offer here."

Invest NI's Ethna McNamee said Mr Ritchie was "a very ambitious entrepreneur".
