Belfast SMEs encouraged to share with new network
The international team of business group the CBI has helped launched a new SME network in Belfast.
The forum will enable members to share experiences and the best way to do business.
As part of the launch, 15 chief executives and managing directors attended an event at the Merchant Hotel, Belfast.
Angela McGowan, CBI regional director, said: "High performing small and medium-sized businesses are the backbone of the Northern Irish economy - they played a leading role in our recovery from the global financial crisis and they will be even more important as we navigate the challenges and uncertainty posed by Brexit."
And she said the SME sector would help power the Northern Ireland economy to greater success.
She said: "Not only is the SME sector continuing to grow and deliver jobs, it also provides the dynamic, reliable and adaptable supply chain that makes Northern Ireland such an attractive destination for companies to invest."
