Bids sought for ex-PSNI station in Ballyclare
A former PSNI station in Ballyclare has been put on the market and is seeking offers for a new round of bidding.
The current bid on the site, which spans 0.70 acres and includes around 4,830 sq ft of built accommodation, sits at £350,000.
Listed by Lisney, the site is suitable for a variety of uses, subject to planning approval.
The area surrounding the station is largely surfaced in tarmac with grass to the side and rear. The accommodation includes office/administration, cell, staff and storage areas contained within a two-storey detached structure.
Meanwhile, in west Belfast a retail centre with a rental income of £99,140 per annum, is seeking a buyer for £1m. The Hopkins Partnership describes Mountainview Centre - home to 11 ground floor retail units with two upper floor units - as a "substantial retail investment".
The centre, which has 45 parking spaces and is located in the Turf Lodge area of the city, is fully let to long-term tenants.
