Northern Ireland's biggest agricultural celebration, the Balmoral Show, takes place next week - and it's not just livestock and machinery which are being readied for the event.

Northern Ireland's food has been becoming an ever-bigger feature of the extravaganza at Balmoral Park in Lisburn, with a pavilion hosted by food promotion organisation Food NI.

Exhibitors at the event, which takes place from Wednesday to Saturday, will include Milgro Onions in Limavady and The Fluffy Meringue.

And in today's Business Telegraph, Catherine Finnegan discusses how she came to set up The Fluffy Meringue, when the family farm in Clogher had to diversify as the industry weathered crises including foot and mouth disease.

And she confesses that preparing for the show is a big deal.

"I have no idea how many meringues I will need," she reveals.
