Commercial property agency CBRE has been appointed to manage Grade A office development Erksine House.

The Belfast city centre office block is made up of 110,000 sq ft of office space, with shops on the ground floor.

US clothing and lifestyle brand Anthropologie has already opened up on the ground floor - its first store on the island of Ireland. And HMRC is expected to move in before the end of this year, making it its main hub in Northern Ireland.

Paddy Henry, associate director at CBRE, said: "Erskine House is an exciting addition to the impressive property portfolio that already exists at CBRE in Northern Ireland, and we are thrilled to have been appointed."

CBRE will act on behalf of building owner Orby Investment Ltd.
