The Charles Hurst group, Northern Ireland's biggest car retailer, has invested £100,000 in rebranding its tyre business.

The division, which has 60 staff, has been relaunched as a "Fast Fit service" across branches in Portadown, Omagh, Coleraine and Boucher Road in Belfast.

Charles Hurst described the new service as a "one-stop shop" for tyre issues, headlight alignment, servicing and MOT preparation.

The company has also launched a mobile tyre fitting service across greater Belfast to provide assistance on the roadside or at customers' homes.

Andrew Gilmore, aftersales operations director at the group, welcomed the relaunch.

"Our Fast Fit service is centred on a high-quality, high-speed proposition which customers are increasingly demanding," he said.

"We have also paired with Euro Repar as our official parts supplier, so customers can feel confident that their vehicles are being looked after with quality parts by an expert team focused on providing the best customer service."
