One of Belfast's newest office projects is gearing up for its launch in two weeks time as River House rolls out the red carpet for a special event.

Boxer Carl Frampton will be the special guest as visitors get a ringside seat at the new space.

The 14-storey office building with ground floor retail units is the latest addition to Belfast's growing Grade A office portfolio.

Set close to Cathedral Quarter, River House on High Street has office space ranging from 800-80,000 sq ft. Originally constructed in 1970, the building has recently undergone a complete refurbishment to create modern office space and a 53-space car parking facility.

CBRE, letting agents for the property, cite the reception area as one of the largest in Belfast. "Expect to be wowed by an impressive double-height reception drenched in all-day sunlight with multiple entrances and breakout spaces" it added.

As well as "super loos" and showers on every floor, the building also hosts style-astute office areas as well as a roof terrace, lounge, bookable meeting rooms, breakout areas, private phone booths and a cafe.

Castleforge Partners bought River House in 2015 when CBRE brought it to the market seeking offers over £4.25m. Building work began in October 2016 and will be finalised at the end of this month.
