A Co Armagh pub, a lot of eight houses in Crossmaglen and a Lough Erne holiday home are among the listings in an online auction next Thursday.

Its largest-value listing is a lot of eight townhouses in Crossmaglen rented out at £38,496 per year. It comes with a guide price of £495,000.

Meanwhile, a former pub and home on the Tullyah Road in Belleek near Whitecross, Co Armagh, comes with a guide price of £350,000.

Loughran's Public House is a detached building providing a public house with function room together with residential accommodation.

And land at Ballygonny Road, Coagh, Co Londonderry, is available with a guide price of £275,000. Lot 29 covers 31 acres.

A four-bedroom holiday home with a private jetty on Lough Erne is another prime property within the listings. It comes with "exceptional panoramic vistas" over the lough and a guide price of £150,000.

For property developers, Lot 50 - which covers 0.38 acres in Altnagelvin - has gone on the market with a guide price of £60,000. It comes with planning permission for three three-bedroom detached houses with garages.

Other properties in the auction include a mixed-used terrace building in Larne (£20,000), two self-contained flats in a terrace on Grays Hill, Bangor (£60,000) and land in Downpatrick spanning 2.5 acres with potential for residential development (£10,000).

Richard O'Neill, director at BidX1, says the auction will attract both local and international buyers. "We have a crossover database with a large operation in Dublin and we're growing in the UK so we can match local buyers and those further afield," he said.

Mr O'Neill said the new model of auctioning has been attracting a lot of interest and BidX1 has around 82,000 people already on its database.

"We are at the early stages of our offering," he continued. "This is our fourth auction and it's still maturing but we have a great variety of assets from housing to land holdings. We'd be keen to speak to anyone else who would like to sell through us."

BidX1 is a specialist online auction house providing buyers and sellers with a worldwide online trading platform. Established in 2011 it has sold over 7,000 lots raising in excess of €1.2bn (£1.05bn). It recently acquired London-based Andrews and Robertson.
