The EOS IT Group is registered with an address in Hillsborough, Northern Ireland.

The group has eight subsidiary companies and the overall results are consolidated in the holding company.

The subsidiaries are registered to operate in the USA, India, Brazil, Israel, Australia and Singapore together with a large proportionate shareholding in an Irish registered business, as well as a Northern Ireland subsidiary. The organisation is owned and run by the Strain family.

The business is described as engaged in the installation, maintenance and selling of video communications systems.

In each recent year the directors have made dividend payments to shareholders.

In the year ended in June 2016 dividend payments of £592,000 were awarded, followed by £594,000 a year later and £600,000 in the year to June 2018.

After the payment of dividends and company taxation, the larger part of post-tax profits was retained within the business. As a result, the balance sheet value of shareholders capital has increased by 70% in the most recent year.

Employment in the group averaged 199 people in 2018. This was just over 40% higher than in the previous year. According to the company's website, it operates in 175 countries, with its North America headquarters in Silicon Valley. The company says it has a 35-year history in global managed warehousing and distribution services and "a rich set of IT capabilities".
