The firm behind a Northern Ireland Ireland price comparison website has moved to new offices in Belfast city centre.

Seopa, which operates CompareNI.com and QuoteZone.co.uk, has taken 8,000sq ft of high-end space at Adelaide Exchange.

The tech firm is moving from its old Amelia Street home and joining other Adelaide Exchange occupants like Liberty IT, Genpact and Vela.

Seopa clients include Hastings Direct, Admiral, Elephant and Endsleigh.

Lisa McAteer of joint letting agents CBRE said: "We are delighted that Seopa, the owners of CompareNI.com, have decided to base their Belfast operation in Adelaide Exchange.

"CompareNI.com is an extremely popular and highly regarded comparison website in Northern Ireland, and Adelaide Exchange, with its high quality office space, excellent fibre optic connectivity and central location is perfectly suited for Seopa's Belfast operation.

"Property highlights, location details, available accommodation and connectivity information can all be found on the Adelaide Exchange website at www.adelaideexchange.co.uk."

Jago Bret from GVA NI acted for Seopa in the acquisition of the new office.

He said: "We are pleased to have been involved in this deal and that we were able to swiftly and professionally conclude an agreement at Adelaide Exchange.

"The scheme was the ideal fit for Seopa, offering the optimum location together with the quality of space and working environment required to take the company through the next stage of its planned growth phase."
