Business advisory firm Deloitte is offering 24 graduates the chance to train in the skills needed for business consultancy.

The firm's enterprise transformation academy involves nine weeks of pre-employment training at Belfast Metropolitan College. A 2:2 degree in any discipline is required. The training will cover the latest areas in business analysis, project management and software. Those who complete the training will receive a job interview with Deloitte.

Ciaran Fitzpatrick, technology director at Deloitte, said the academy was an "exciting" opportunity to join a "cutting edge team, and be on the forefront of new technology".

He added that participants would gain certification in ServiceNow, one of Deloitte's main technology alliances and an increasingly important enterprise technology.
