Chichester House has been recognised as the best-connected office space in the city after receiving a Platinum WiredScore rating.
Damian Mitchell, director at Causeway Asset Management, said the internationally coveted commercial property accolade puts the 46,000 sq foot office space on a par with other global tech and finance hubs.

"Partnering first with WiredScore in Belfast has been a significant part of our drive to lead the market in terms of innovation and implementation of new and emerging technologies into our buildings." The flagship project, which features opulent surroundings including a double height ceiling, stone reception desk, feature lighting and a polished stone floor, is now ranked alongside 1,700 other Wired Certified Buildings around the world.
The top rated hubs sprawl over 500 million square feet in more than 158 cities, including New York, London, Toronto, Paris, and Berlin.
Mr Mitchell said that WiredScore ratings provide foreign direct investors with vital information and ensure greater transparency for businesses, comparing the local market with other certified buildings around the world.
The flagship redevelopment project, which also provides 5,000 sq ft of modern retail space, will be showcased at the MIPIM 2019 Palais des Festivals, which is in Cannes, France, this week.
The 30th event of its kind, it celebrates major retail projects from around the world and attracts the world's top investors.
