Eurospar is at core of new £10m development
The Henderson Group has opened a new 8,000sq ft Eurospar at a £10m development in Lisburn.
The outlet, which occupies the ground floor of a 22,000sq ft three-storey building, will be at the heart of the Wallace Village scheme.
The remaining space within this building at the junction of Boomer’s Way and Prince William Road will accommodate office space, a penthouse apartment and a show home.
The first phase has been completed by building firm Porter & Co.

The first phase of the scheme took just 18 months to complete.
Phase two of the high-end, village-style development is currently under way, which will see seven townhouses, 12 apartments and five smaller retail units added to the existing mix of residential and commercial property and is expected to be completed in 2020.
