Graham wins deal to fit-out top firm's new offices

Co Down construction giant Graham is to carry out the fit-out of the new Belfast office of business advisory firm Grant Thornton.

The firm is moving into the third floor of the listed Danske Bank building on Donegall Square West in Belfast next month as part of a seven-figure investment.

And Graham - one of Northern Ireland's most successful building firms - has been appointed to refit the 13,000 sq ft space into Grade A offices, which will be mainly open plan.

There will also be booths for phone calls and "collaboration", as well as meeting rooms and a library.

Mark Gibson, managing director of Graham Interior Fit-Out, said: "The fit-out of Grant Thornton's new office space in the Danske Bank building represents one of the most exciting office projects in Belfast this year."
