The contractor, which has offices in the city and in Hillsborough, carried out the work over the course of 13 weeks., a software a service provider that counts Disney, Netflix and Spotify among its clients, spent just under £1m on the project at its base in Laganview House, located on the corner of Ann Street and Oxford Street.

The substantial upgrade, covering approximately 8,870 sq ft of space across three storeys of the red-brick property, provided the technology company with its largest office outside of its Cork headquarters.

Over the next two years, Laganview House is expected to accommodate up to 85 of the firm's development and technical support staff.

Graham contracts director Stephen Johnston welcomed the completion of the contract and wished well.

The scheme was delivered in partnership with Virtus Project Management, quantity surveyor Michael Barrett Partnership and architect Henry J Lyons.
