Hastings Hotels in exclusive beef deal with Hannan Meats
Hastings Hotels is now sourcing all of its beef from award-winning supplier Hannan Meats.
The Northern Ireland group, which opened its seventh hotel, the Grand Central, last month said it had been working with the Moira butcher for 20 years.
Hannan Meats will supply all seven Hastings venues with Himalayan salt-aged beef, steaks, Sunday roasts and Glenarm Shorthorn burgers.
Managing director Howard Hastings said: "It is no secret that we only work with the very best local suppliers and have developed a fabulous relationship with Peter Hannan and his award-winning team over the years and have every confidence in the quality of their produce."
Mr Hannan said: "We have been working with Howard and his very talented chefs for many years and are delighted to have been awarded exclusivity for all his beef purchasing." Hannan Meats is also stocked in high-end supermarkets, including London's Fortnum & Mason.
