A fully occupied retail park in Larne has gone on the market for over £3m.

Laharna Retail Park, which is home to branches of retailers Argos, New Look, Peacocks, B&M and Carphone Warehouse, as well as a bingo hall and 191 parking spaces, will be sold on July 3 at a commercial auction hosted by property consultants Allsop.

Developed in 2003, the retail setting has 10 units, three of which have mezzanines. The total site extends to 3.6 acres and has an annual income of £466,071.

Laharna Retail Park had previously been owned by Co Tyrone pharmacist-turned-developer Peter Dolan.

And in Bangor, two town centre retail units - 51-53 High Street, which is part-occupied, and 18 Grays Hill - have gone on sale.

In Belfast, land and a former convent at Carolan Road in the south of the city is on sale for £1.2m.
