Leadership is needed to improve productivity and deal with the implications of Brexit in Northern Ireland, personnel bosses have said.

Senior members of the HR world took part in a discussion organised by the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and Business in the Community.

CIPD chairperson Lynn Carson said: "HR has a central role to play in developing leadership at all levels in an organisation and senior HR leaders in Northern Ireland want to see more collaboration on this important issue."

Representatives from companies from around Northern Ireland took part in the discussion.
