Commercial property agency Lambert Smith Hampton has taken on 10 new staff after winning contracts in the UK and Ireland.

The agency now employs over 90 people in Belfast after the new hires in surveying, accounts, retail marketing and facilities management.

LSH said it now manages 15 million sq ft of commercial property, including 12 million sq ft of retail space in shopping centres and retail parks.

It has also been appointed by Abbey Centre owner NewRiver as managing agent on a major UK and Ireland shopping centre and leisure portfolio.

And it is also the managing agent for a scheme of 45 units in Yeovil, Somerset.

Gary Nesbitt, director and head of property management at LSH, said: "We are delighted to welcome a new wave of experienced and talented professionals."
