The majority of flats in a new luxury apartment block in Belfast have been sold prior to completion of the scheme.

FX is a development of one-bedroom apartments with a total value of more than £6.5m.

It is situated on Montgomery Street in the city centre.

Twenty-eight of the 36 flats, priced from £165,000, have been sold, it is understood.

FX has been developed by Alan Fraser and marketed by Simon Brien Residential. The apartments were designed by Povall Worthington Architects and London interior design specialists Day True.
