Magell Limited has revealed its new flexible workspace located in Belfast's Eagle Star House.

The company said the site on Upper Queen Street will "redefine workspace in the city" when it opens next summer.

Urban HQ, described as a "design-led workspace" will accommodate more than 500 desks over eight floors.

Third-generation family business Magell said it was "the first of its kind" in the city.

The 32,000 sq ft building will be an "eco-friendly zone free from single-use plastic and with energy and waste reduction measures in place allowing members to collectively protect the environment".

Urban HQ said it will charge no deposits and offer up to three months rent free for all new deals agreed before its opening.

A show office will be available early next year for interested parties to get a first look at the building. The firm said it will also be the first and only flexible workspace here to achieve the "coveted" Wired Certification Platinum from WiredScore.
