Revenue at SONI, the company that manages Northern Ireland’s flow of electricity through the grid, has increased by £8m to £114.3m, its latest financial report shows.

Pre-tax profits at SONI, which is owned by EirGrid in the Republic, also went up to £6m over the year up to September 30, 2021, from a loss of £617,000 a year earlier.
