Ellvena Graham, chairperson of power giant ESB Group, has been reappointed president of the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Ms Graham's reappointment was made at the chamber's annual general meeting at Titanic Hotel yesterday.

She will be supported by vice-presidents Ian Henry, director at the Henry Group, and John Healy, managing director of Allstate NI.

Andrea McIlroy-Rose, partner and head of office at law firm Pinsent Masons, and Orla Corr, executive chairperson of the McAvoy Group, were appointed to the board.

Yesterday's agm was the latest major appointment for Ellvena Graham.

The former Ulster Bank head in Northern Ireland attended Buckingham Palace last month, where she was presented with an OBE for services to economic development and the advancement of women in business by the Queen.
