Northern Ireland corporate advisory firm HNH expands into Scotland
Belfast-based corporate advisory firm HNH has opened its first office outside of Northern Ireland following its expansion into Scotland.
The company, which works extensively with directors and shareholders of entrepreneurial companies throughout the UK and Ireland, has opened a corporate finance office in Edinburgh offering a director-led services to SMEs.
Four senior professionals from leading accountancy practices in Scotland have already been recruited to make up a team which will provide merger and acquisition, debt and transaction services.
They have already completed an advisory role for food service firm R&W Scott, as well as a significant funding role in the distilling sector.
Other clients have been drawn from financial services, manufacturing, building products and transport sectors.
HNH is an independent Northern Ireland-based company which typically advises on deals in the £1m to £50m range and was ranked at the top of Experian's first half Deal Activity Report, both in terms of deals completed and deal value in Northern Ireland.
The new office in Edinburgh represents a significant investment by the firm in establishing its first office outside Northern Ireland.
