Public event over plan for new cafes in Belfast
A pre-application public event on proposed plans for new restaurants, cafes and office space in the city centre is due to take place next Tuesday.
The event will take place from 3pm to 7pm in Jurys Inn at Great Victoria Street, Belfast. It relates to the partial demolition and redevelopment and partial refurbishment of 35-39 Queen Street, and demolition of building and redevelopment of a site at 31-33 Queen Street.
There are plans for ground floor restaurants/cafes and office space.
O'Tooley and Starkey Planning Consultants are behind the public drop-in event.
Known as the Printworks, the building is currently host to a picture framing and art store called The Picture Gallery and Kelly's Eye Club, which hosts bingo nights.
Comments on the proposals can be made at the event.
