Rural home is among lots at online auction

Properties including a four-bed rural home in Co Tyrone for £220,000 and a three-bed house in Co Antrim for £65,000 are up for grabs in an online auction.

And a mixed use site in east Belfast let to charity Drop-Inn Ministries is also up for sale at the BidX1 auction on April 26.

In Coleraine, a mixed-use development of three houses and a site is listed at £200,000.

Potential bargains include a three-bedroom house - which is occupied by a tenant - in Carrickfergus, with a guide price of £32,000. And in Sixmilecross, a four-bed detached home, which is also occupied, has a guide price of £220,000, with rental income of £3,120 per year.

Another semi in Lurgan at Charles Baron Crescent has a guide price of £70,000.

Meanwhile, commercial property agents Osborne King will hold its next auction on June 22 at the Claytone Hotel in Belfast.

More than £7m in property was sold at an OK auction in March.
